manageable pavement rehabilitation program or long and short term improvement plan.
PHASE 1 - Engineering
LMI provides a visual pavement evaluation, supplemented with optional structural investigation testing services, preparation of designed asphalt concrete improvements with an engineered pavement rehabilitation strategy including plans and specifications suitable for bidding and construction.
